death to snow...

Bsmoke- 03-06-2006

uh yeah, my girl's staying at my house for the next week (she's currently living in Florida), so I might not be on much for that time. I'm not in many games for this very purpose, but I figured I'd let yall know anyways. Toodles...

You crazy kids have fun, but be sure to use protection. Lots of babies popping out around here lately.

Bsmoke- 03-07-2006

Last night we actually had a talk about that possibility. Let's hope it doesn't happen, but at least we know that we could work it out if it does. But yeah, I may still get chances to play my games because she tends to sleep more than me.

LOL, not to jinx you buddy, but my wife and I had a similar convo back before we had our son. We both wanted kids (in the abstract) and had stopped using any protection, figuring if it happened, it happened. After a month or so we sat down and decided that having a child was too big of a decision to leave any ambiguity about our desires. After talking it over we decided that we were ready and would officially try to get pregnant. Turns out it was a good thing we both said yes b/c we found out the next day that she was two weeks pregnant.

I'm not.

I think that making babies is a lot of fun. The problem is that there is no health warning label on the consequences (eg "WARNING: This might cost you $200,000 and 20 years of your life")

dredard- 03-08-2006

$200,000. That's just for college. What about if you have a daughter who already LOVES to shop with mommy!!!

Then you have that same daughter's wedding $50,000

But, even if the total is half a million, kids are awesome.

Bsmoke- 03-08-2006

Yeah, we already don't use protection, so I guess that if it happens it happens... The main reason I want to wait though is that I don't want to have to worry about being able to financially support her and the child, and I don't know if I'm capable of that right now. At least not as comfortably as I would like...

We'll see.

P.S. Here's a pic (or two) of her:

urpola- 03-08-2006

seriously

If you wanna my adwise.
She looks young ,so perhaps its better wait a little and just keep fun then you dont need to start live your " wasted youth" when you are 50.

Believe me, kids take all your time even they are fantastic ... but still perhaps its better to wait a little if you are "too young"

dredard- 03-08-2006

LOL at Urpola!! and note to self: "do not post picture of wife on here ever"

microphone_assassin- 03-08-2006
